When VTS and Hightower merged to become commercial real estate industry’s leading leasing and asset management platform they needed more space instantly. Thanks to our quick turn around and well praised design for Hightower we were again tasked with literally merging the two companies into a new space.
How do you merge two companies with already a history into one cohesive new space. Making maximum use of the space to make sure their unstoppable growth would be maximized within the current space was another task.
With an open space plan where thoughtfully the different departments and their work styles have been strategically located. Speckled with break out spaces, meeting rooms, and some well needed entertainment and socializing areas we have balanced the two companies. And intertwined them over two floors with maximum use of space and limited cost.
